Maps Business FinderThese Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Maps Business Finder Chrome extension and website at https://www.12306xj.com. By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
Maps Business Finder helps you discover publicly available business information from Google Maps search results, manage it locally, and export it (for example JSON or Excel). Optional VIP features may include higher collection limits, exports, and public website contact enrichment.
2. Accounts and plans
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential.
- Free and VIP limits are described on the Pricing page and may change with notice.
- VIP access is granted after successful payment confirmation and may expire or extend per plan rules.
- Signing in on another device may invalidate previous sessions for security.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of applicable laws or third-party terms (including Google’s terms)
- Harass, spam, or unlawfully process personal data obtained via the Service
- Attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt our website/API
- Misrepresent affiliation with Google or Maps Business Finder
- Share account access in a way that abuses plan limits or payment fraud
4. Your data and compliance
You are solely responsible for how you use exported or collected information. Public availability on Google Maps or a website does not automatically mean you may use that information for every commercial purpose. Comply with marketing, privacy, and anti-spam laws in your jurisdiction.
5. Intellectual property
The Extension, website, branding, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. Google Maps and related marks belong to Google LLC. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
6. Payments
Paid features are billed through Creem or other processors we designate. Fees, renewals, and taxes (if any) are presented at checkout. Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable once VIP time has been granted.
7. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, completeness of scraped public pages, or fitness for any specific outreach campaign.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/data arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for VIP during the three (3) months before the claim (or USD $12 if you paid nothing).
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, unpaid fees, abuse, or legal risk. You may stop using the Service and uninstall the Extension at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
